Terms of Service

By using Fish Tech you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Fish Tech provides fly fishing tools — maps, live USGS data, fly recommendations, catch logging, and related features. Data shown (streamflow, weather, hatches, regulations) is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own safety on the water and for following all applicable fishing regulations.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's standard terms — manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the API.
• No uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No impersonation or harassment of other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of catches, photos, and notes you log. You grant us a limited license to store and display them as needed to run the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any incident occurring on the water. Use sound judgment.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
