How to Rig It

Lead fly with a heavy nymph dropper 24-36" below. The ultimate hopper-dropper anchor.

How to Present It

Slap it tight to the bank, mend hard, drift it for 6-8 feet, then pick up and slap again. The splash is part of the trigger.

Why It Works

Foam over foam means it floats forever — even with a heavy beadhead dropper hanging off it. The two indicator wings and rubber legs trigger explosive eats from cutthroat and browns.
